Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where do you travel?

A: We serve the Metro-East Illinois area and select Missouri locations (with our partner nurse team). Travel fees may apply based on distance.

Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: Book online through our scheduling link (or contact us directly). You’ll choose a service, complete a brief intake form, and pick a time/location.

Q: Do I need a medical consult first?

A: Yes. For safety and compliance, every client completes an intake and is reviewed/cleared through our HIPAA-compliant process before services are provided.

Q: How long does an appointment take?

A: Most visits take about 45–90 minutes, depending on the service and how quickly the infusion runs.

Q: What conditions do you help with?

A: Many clients book for dehydration, fatigue, travel recovery, athletic recovery, headaches, “feeling run down,” wellness support, and hangover recovery. Results vary by person.

Q: Is IV hydration safe?

A: IV therapy is generally well-tolerated when properly screened and administered. Like any service, there are risks (bruising, infiltration, dizziness, rare allergic reaction). We review your health history and monitor you during the visit.

Q: Do you offer Zofran (ondansetron) or Toradol (ketorolac)?

A: Some medication add-ons may be available when clinically appropriate after screening and approval. Your nurse will review options during your visit. (Not everyone qualifies.)

Q: Do you offer vitamin injections (B-12, B-complex, glutathione, lipo/MIC, etc.)?

A: Yes—select injections may be available depending on your intake, screening, and eligibility.

Q: Do you offer NAD+?

A: Yes—NAD+ may be available as part of our wellness offerings, based on screening and provider approval.

Q: Do you provide weight management injections?

A: We offer weight management support and may provide guidance and services depending on eligibility and medical clearance. This is not a substitute for primary care—your results and candidacy depend on your health history.

Q: Can you come to group events (weddings, corporate wellness, sports teams)?

A: Yes! We offer group bookings and event packages. Contact us with your date, location, and group size for a custom plan.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: We are typically a self-pay service and do not bill insurance.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Pricing depends on the drip/injection you choose and travel distance. You’ll see service pricing during booking or can request a menu.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept debit, all major credit cards, FSA, and HSA payments. Payment is due at booking or prior to service (depending on the appointment type).

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We require advance notice for cancellations/reschedules (commonly 24 hours). Late cancellations may incur a fee due to reserved time and travel. Subject to nurse discretion.

Q: What should I do before my appointment?

A: Drink water, eat a light meal if you can, and wear a loose sleeve for easy IV access. Let us know if you’re a “hard stick” so we can plan accordingly.

Q: What if I’m a hard stick or hate needles?

A: No worries—many of our clients are. We take our time, use best-practice techniques, and prioritize comfort.

Q: Are your services HIPAA compliant?

A: Yes. We protect your privacy and use HIPAA-compliant processes for intake and documentation.

Q: Who should NOT receive IV therapy or injections?

A: Some conditions may disqualify you (certain heart/kidney conditions, pregnancy considerations, medication interactions, recent illness, etc.). We screen everyone first to keep you safe.

Q: Will I feel better immediately?

A: Many clients feel improvement quickly, but everyone responds differently. Hydration, rest, nutrition, and underlying health conditions all matter.

Q: Is this medical care?

A: We provide wellness services and hydration support. This does not replace emergency care or your primary care provider. If you have severe symptoms (chest pain, trouble breathing, confusion, severe dehydration), call 911 or go to the ER.
